- All assets are sold on an "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" basis.
- The listed asking prices serve as guides; bids will be considered based on the nearest offer (ONO).
- It is recommended that bidders inspect the assets at their designated locations before placing bids.
- Site visits must be scheduled in advance through the provided help channels.
- To confirm participation, bidders must remit a refundable bid security deposit of at least NGN 100,000 per asset before being allowed to visit the site. Bank details will be provided upon request.
