OFFICIAL PUBLIC NOTICE

Following the family meeting of the principal members of the above ruling house 6/7/2024 and in the light of encroachment and acts of trespass on the land as a dumbrated above.

1. 1) The encroachment on the land without consent of accredited family representative is described as illegal,nulland void ab initio.

1. 2) That there should be no further trespass encroachment or any attempt to take ant slice of the land without consent sought and received from Alawu family eruku.
2. 3)  That every one from 1974-2024 who had acquired parcel of land without previous documentation should approach the accredited principal members immediately for such.
3. 4) That this notice serves as caveat emptor against impersonators, trespassers and meddle-some interlopers.
