WayvePay, the digital banking platform of Wayve Microfinance Bank, has made the Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals initial public offering available to eligible customers.

The platform said the move would allow its customers to apply for shares in the refinery and potentially become shareholders if their applications are allotted.

The IPO is priced at N525 per share, with a minimum subscription of 10 shares valued at N5,250.

The public offer opened on September 14, 2026, and is scheduled to close on October 13.

The Dangote Refinery IPO is offering 4.1 billion shares and could raise about N2.15tn if fully subscribed.

WayvePay said adding the offer to its digital banking platform would give customers access to capital market opportunities alongside its existing services, including transfers, payments, savings, business banking, loans and rewards.

The company advised prospective investors to read the approved prospectus and understand the risks associated with investing in shares before applying.

The Securities and Exchange Commission has also advised prospective investors to use only officially approved subscription channels and verify platforms before making payments or providing personal information.

The development expands the number of digital channels through which eligible Nigerians can participate in the refinery’s public share offering.
