Leading foam and mattress manufacturer, Vitafoam Nigeria Plc, has inaugurated a new state-of-the-art Comfort Centre in Lagos as part of efforts to strengthen customer engagement and enhance the overall shopping experience.

The facility, commissioned on Friday, is designed to serve as a one-stop destination for customers to test, experience, and purchase a wide range of the company’s premium products, including mattresses, pillows, and home comfort solutions. It also features interactive displays and educational sessions on sleep health and product care.

Vitafoam Managing Director, Mr. Adebayo Adewale, said the Comfort Centre is a strategic response to evolving customer needs and the growing demand for personalised shopping experiences. “We want our customers to not only buy our products but to truly experience the comfort and quality we offer. This centre is a testament to our commitment to customer satisfaction,” Adewale stated.

The company has also introduced a customer loyalty programme and digital engagement tools to foster stronger relationships with its clientele. Vitafoam plans to establish similar centres in other major cities across the country in the coming months.

Industry analysts believe the move will help Vitafoam consolidate its leadership position in the Nigerian bedding and foam market, especially as competition intensifies. The Comfort Centre is expected to drive direct sales, gather valuable customer feedback, and serve as a showroom for potential distributors and retailers.

Vitafoam has been investing in product innovation, brand visibility, and customer-centric initiatives in recent years. The company recently launched a new range of ergonomic and health-focused mattresses to meet the changing demands of modern consumers.

Customers who visited the new centre on the opening day expressed satisfaction with the experience and the variety of products on display. The inauguration is seen as a significant step in Vitafoam’s journey towards becoming the preferred choice for comfort solutions in Nigeria and beyond.
