Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke, has directed the Inspector General of Police to arrest and prosecute anyone involved in criminal activities, including his own son, if found guilty.

The governor made the strong statement on Friday during a security meeting with top police officers in the state. In a video that has since gone viral, Adeleke emphasised that no one is above the law and that his administration will not tolerate any form of criminality.

“Arrest anyone involved in crime, even if it is my son. Nobody is above the law in Osun State. We must maintain law and order and protect the lives and property of our citizens,” Adeleke said.
