TWO KIDNAPPED RIVERS CHILDREN FREED, REUNITE WITH FAMILY

Two siblings abducted from their home in Bonny, Rivers State, have regained their freedom and reunited with their parents.

The children were taken from their residence along Abalamabie Road on October 14, 2026.

Their return became public through a video circulated on Facebook on Sunday, October 25, showing an emotional reunion with their father, Warisenibo Jeremiah Jim-Halliday.

In the footage, the children stepped out of a white Toyota Hilux along the Bodo–Bonny Road and were welcomed with a hug by their father.

The reunion brought an end to their family’s wait for their return following the abduction.

Details of how the children were freed have not been disclosed, and the family had not issued a statement about the development.
