Nigeria international Ademola Lookman is eager to join Inter Milan this summer.

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the Serie A giants intensified contact with Lookman's representatives on Wednesday night. The forward has also informed his current club, Atalanta, of his intention to leave during this transfer window.

Inter Milan are expected to submit an official bid soon, although Atalanta are holding out for a fee exceeding €40 million from fellow Italian sides.

In a separate development, Juventus and FC Porto continued discussions on Wednesday regarding Francisco Conceição. Porto has granted Juventus additional time to finalize the necessary paperwork.

An agreement between the two clubs has reportedly been in place since Tuesday, with the deal valued at over €30 million across four years. Conceição is also set to relinquish his 20% stake in the deal, Romano adds.
