TONTO DIKEH VISITS ABUJA HOSPITAL, PRAYS FOR PATIENTS, GIVES GIFTS (VIDEO)
Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has taken her faith to new heights, visiting the National Hospital, Abuja to spread love and encouragement.
In videos shared on her Instagram page, Tonto was seen visiting the children’s and women’s wards, praying for patients, conversing with them, and offering both spiritual and financial support. She also blessed some with cash gifts, bringing moments of joy to families in need.

Expressing gratitude to the hospital management for their warm reception, Tonto admitted that nothing could have prepared her for the sight of children facing battles far too heavy for their little bodies. She described the pain in the ward as “visible and tangible” and revealed that she struggled to leave the children’s section.
“Today, we stepped into the children and women’s wards not just to visit, but to carry light. We were warmly received by the hospital management, and we are grateful for their openness and kindness,” she wrote.
“But nothing prepared me for the sight of those precious children fighting battles too heavy for their little bodies. At some point, I couldn’t bring myself to walk away from the children’s ward. My heart was overwhelmed with compassion and deep empathy. We didn’t just pray, we acted in love.”

Tonto shared gifts with patients and also assisted a few families financially toward their hospital bills. “It may not have been everything, but it was something. And sometimes, ‘something’ becomes the miracle someone prayed for,” she said.
The actress called on El-Roi, “the God who sees every tear and understands unspoken pain,” adding that she believes her prayers were answered. She also thanked her team for their selfless service and her parents for raising her to make a positive impact.
In her Instagram reflections, Tonto encouraged believers worldwide, correcting the notion that following Christ automatically leads to financial struggles. She shared that her journey has been marked by blessings, including financial prosperity and support from strangers.
Having recently completed a discipleship class, Tonto described her walk with God as “the most healing, stretching, overwhelming, and beautiful experience” of her life, emphasizing that no one can convince her that God does not exist.
She also called on Christians to deepen their prayer lives, urging them to open their hearts to receive miracles. Tonto shared that her own faith has helped her fight for her life, her destiny, her child, and her generation.
Despite criticism from some quarters, she reintroduced herself as a living testimony of mercy, stating, “God looked at my mess, spared me, restored me, and spoke destiny into my life.”
