TINUBU UNBEATABLE IN 2027 – APC CHAIRMAN YILWATDA DECLARES
By [samuel ogunremi]
As political activities begin to build up ahead of the 2027 general elections, the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Professor Nentawe Yilwatda, has declared that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has nothing to worry about—insisting he cannot be defeated.
Speaking in Abuja during a solidarity visit by members of the APC League of Professionals, Yilwatda expressed strong confidence in Tinubu’s re-election prospects, citing visible progress made under the Renewed Hope Agenda.
“The achievements of this administration speak for themselves. President Tinubu is delivering real impact,” Yilwatda said. “From education to agriculture, lives are being touched directly.”
He highlighted the introduction of the student loan scheme, which he said now gives every Nigerian child—including those from the poorest backgrounds—access to quality education without financial barriers. “This is the first time in our history that such a far-reaching support structure has been put in place,” he noted.
Yilwatda also mentioned the federal government’s efforts to support youth in agriculture. “The administration has invested ₦1.5 billion into the Bank of Agriculture to help young Nigerians venture into farming and agribusiness. That’s empowerment with long-term impact.”
The APC chairman assured supporters that the party would retain its dominance by ensuring victory not just at the presidential level but across all state and national legislative positions.
As 2027 draws closer, the political atmosphere is expected to heat up, but for now, the APC leadership is projecting confidence—and banking on the impact of its current policies to win over the electorate once again.
