TINUBU APPROVES ₦111 BILLION FOR 700KM NORTHERN SUPERHIGHWAY PROJECT
President **Bola Tinubu** has approved **₦111 billion** for the construction of a **700-kilometre northern superhighway**, a major infrastructure project aimed at improving connectivity, boosting economic activities, and enhancing transportation across parts of Northern Nigeria.
Government officials said the highway project forms part of ongoing efforts to modernise the country’s road network and support regional development through improved access to markets, businesses, and communities.
