TikTok has officially launched its new TikTok for Artistes platform in Nigeria, giving musicians and their teams access to powerful tools designed to grow their careers and connect with fans worldwide.

The all-in-one dashboard, first introduced globally earlier this year, provides artists with daily insights on how their songs are performing, fan engagement levels, and audience demographics. It also comes with helpful guides and resources to support long-term career development.

“With the launch of TikTok for Artistes in Nigeria, we’re giving artists and their teams access to insights that can help them engage their fans in more meaningful ways and grow their careers globally,” said Toyin Mustapha, TikTok’s Head of Music Partnerships for the UK, Ireland, and Sub-Saharan Africa.

The platform also features a pre-release campaign tool that allows artists to promote upcoming singles or albums while letting fans pre-save songs on streaming platforms like Spotify and Apple Music.

British-Nigerian artist Jordan Adetunji described the platform as a “game changer,” noting that it will help artistes plan smarter and more effective campaigns.

TikTok emphasized that rolling out the feature in Nigeria reflects its commitment to Africa’s creative economy and its mission to help artistes build sustainable international careers.

For Nigerian musicians, this could mean more visibility, better fan engagement, and a stronger chance to break into the global music scene.

"This represents a significant development in our ongoing coverage of current events."
