SUSPECTED BANDITS KIDNAP 25 WOMEN AND GIRLS IN ZAMFARA

At least 25 females have been reportedly kidnapped by suspected bandits in the village of Kwanar Na Uwa, located in Tofa District of Bungudu Local Government Area, Zamfara State.
The incident, which occurred on Saturday night, was revealed by security analyst Bakatsine in a post shared on X (formerly Twitter) on Sunday.
According to his report, the abducted victims include both married women and young girls.
“Last night, bandits stormed Kwanar Na Uwa in Tofa District, Bungudu LGA, Zamfara, and kidnapped 25 females, including young girls and married women,” he wrote.
As of the time of filing this report, government or security officials have not yet issued any statements regarding the abduction.
