SUPER EAGLES BEGIN TRAINING IN ANTALYA AHEAD OF FRIENDLIES
Players of Nigeria’s national football team, the Super Eagles, have commenced their first training session in Antalya, Turkey, as preparations intensify for upcoming international friendly matches.
Members of the squad arrived at the team’s training camp earlier in the week, with coaches and technical staff overseeing the initial drills aimed at improving fitness, coordination, and tactical readiness.
The training session marks the beginning of the team’s preparations for the friendly fixtures scheduled during the international break.
Officials said the camp will provide an opportunity for the coaching crew to assess players’ form and experiment with tactical combinations ahead of future competitive matches.
Several players were seen participating actively in the session, while others are expected to join the camp as they arrive from their respective clubs across Europe and other leagues.
The friendly matches are expected to serve as important preparatory games for the Super Eagles as they continue building the squad for upcoming international competitions.
