Nollywood actress Shaffy Bello has revealed that she avoids road travel within Nigeria, except for short trips such as Lagos to Ibadan.

Speaking in a recent interview with VJ Adams, Bello explained that while she enjoys road trips abroad, she prefers air and water transport at home due to security and infrastructure concerns.

She admitted that her dislike for long road journeys has affected her social life.

“I prefer water and air transportation. I don’t like road trips. I can do road trips abroad but in Nigeria, no, thank you,” she said. “I can only consider road trips in Nigeria if the person I’m visiting is extremely dear to me. Once it’s farther than Ibadan, count me out.”
