SAMSUNG UNVEILS GALAXY S26 FE IN NIGERIA
Samsung Nigeria has unveiled the Galaxy S26 FE, the latest addition to its S-series smartphone range, as the company seeks to make its flagship experience accessible to more consumers.
The launch, held in Lagos, highlighted Samsung’s strategy of using the Fan Edition line as an entry point into its premium Galaxy ecosystem. The FE series offers consumers an alternative to the standard flagship models while retaining several high-end features.
Samsung Nigeria’s Head of Product Marketing, MX Division, Omolade Agbadola, said the FE range was designed to introduce more consumers to the S-series and strengthen the company’s position in Nigeria’s competitive smartphone market.
The company’s Training Manager, Ayo Akinrinnola, said the Galaxy S26 FE comes with upgrades in photography, video recording, artificial intelligence, battery performance and software support.
The device is also the first model in the Galaxy S26 lineup to launch with One UI 9, alongside enhanced camera capabilities and more context-aware Galaxy AI features.
Samsung said the launch forms part of its broader efforts to expand its product range and offer Nigerian consumers more options within its premium smartphone ecosystem.
