REAL MADRID’S ENDRICK SET FOR JANUARY LOAN MOVE TO LYON
Real Madrid’s young forward, Endrick, is reportedly set to join French side Olympique Lyon on loan in the January transfer window, according to football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
The 19-year-old Brazilian, who joined Real Madrid from Palmeiras in 2024, has struggled for regular playing time under manager Xabi Alonso, prompting the decision to seek a temporary move.
Reports suggest that Lyon and Real Madrid are in advanced talks over a deal that will allow the talented striker to gain valuable experience and consistent minutes in Ligue 1.
Endrick is currently low in the pecking order among Real Madrid’s attacking options and is eager to continue his development elsewhere.
Despite his limited appearances so far, Endrick remains highly rated by the Madrid hierarchy, who see the loan as a step toward his long-term growth.
The teenager will hope to feature when Real Madrid face Liverpool in the Champions League on Tuesday before finalising his move in January.
