Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford is reportedly prepared to accept a 40% reduction in wages to secure a transfer to Barcelona during the current summer window.

As per The Touchline, Rashford has long dreamed of playing for the reigning LaLiga champions and is eager to make that ambition a reality.

However, the England international is demanding a prominent role in Hansi Flick’s squad, as he eyes a spot in Gareth Southgate’s England team for the 2026 World Cup.

Barcelona’s interest in Rashford has intensified after their top target, Nico Williams of Athletic Bilbao, slipped through their grasp.

Rashford, who had a loan stint at Aston Villa last season, is expected to leave Old Trafford following a reported fallout with Manchester United boss Ruben Amorim, which saw him sidelined from the first-team setup.
