Popular Nigerian rapper, Tochukwu Gbubemi Ojogwu, better known as Odumodublvck, is set to appear before an Abuja High Court on November 26, 2025, over an alleged case of assault and battery.

The case was filed by fellow singer Levi Ogbogiri, popularly known as Kraziecent, who accused the rapper of physically attacking him during a public event held on December 16, 2024.

According to court documents, Kraziecent alleged that the incident occurred while he was taking pictures and videos at the event, insisting that he did nothing to provoke Odumodublvck’s aggression.

He claimed the altercation left him with physical injuries, emotional distress, and a damaged iPhone 15 Pro Max.

During the court proceedings, Kraziecent’s legal representative informed the judge that all relevant court papers had been duly served on the rapper, but that Odumodublvck had yet to file a formal response.

In defense, Odumodublvck’s counsel requested an adjournment to allow time to prepare their case.

The plaintiff, Kraziecent, is demanding compensation for the damaged phone, public humiliation, and defamation of character. He is also asking the court to compel Odumodublvck to issue a public apology — both on social media and in two national newspapers — and to place a restraining order preventing further harassment.

The matter has been adjourned to November 26 for further hearing.
