Barrister Jesutega Onokpasa, a well-known member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and political analyst, has died.

Onokpasa, who was a lawyer and served on the APC Presidential Campaign Council during the 2023 elections, passed away on Monday. The cause of death has not been shared yet.

The news of his passing was announced on Tuesday by APC supporter Okezie Atani in a post on X (formerly Twitter).

“We lost Barr. Jesutega Onokpasa, may his soul rest in perfect peace,” Atani wrote.

Onokpasa was known for his strong support of President Bola Tinubu and often appeared on TV, where he spoke in defence of the APC government.
