PELLER SLAMMED WITH N395M LAWSUIT OVER LEKKI LOUNGE CLASH
A Lagos-based woman, Osarobo Odigie, has filed a lawsuit against popular Nigerian TikToker, Peller, following an alleged confrontation at Folixxx Lounge along the Lekki-Epe Expressway.
The legal action stems from an incident that reportedly occurred on January 6, 2026, while Odigie was purchasing food at the lounge. According to a pre-action letter issued by her legal representative, Bola Osineye of FA Garrick & Co., Peller allegedly subjected her to verbal abuse during the encounter.
Odigie further claims that Peller recorded and shared a video of the altercation online without her consent, an act she describes as an invasion of her privacy. Although Peller later issued an apology for posting the video, Odigie maintains that the damage had already been done.
Through her legal team, she is demanding N395 million in compensation for alleged defamation, emotional distress, reputational damage, and the impact of subsequent cyberbullying.
The suit is expected to proceed to court next week if the stated demands are not met.
