Pastor Chris Okafor’s Apology to Doris Ogala
Following the apology, Doris Ogala stated that she had forgiven Pastor Chris Okafor, but remained troubled by his denial of their alleged affair.
The controversy began when news of Okafor’s wedding emerged. Ogala had previously accused him of breaking promises to marry her after a long-term relationship dating back to 2017. She claimed that Okafor abandoned her, shared explicit videos without consent, and caused emotional distress, compounded by the death of her younger brother. Ogala also alleged financial exploitation, stating she funded projects for Okafor and his associates without repayment.
Despite these allegations and threats from the actress, the couple proceeded with their wedding. Ogala further alleged that Okafor offered her $10,000 to retract her statements and demanded $50,000 in compensation, a monthly salary, and lifetime shares in his company for the harm she claims he caused.
Previously, Doris publicly accused Pastor Chris Okafor of blackmail, financial misconduct, and exploiting his position as a clergyman to intimidate her. She also recounted a near-death experience and asserted that many pastors do not live up to the moral standards they preach.
