OYEBANJI ASSURES FULL CARE FOR EKITI KIDNAP SURVIVORS
Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Oyebanji, has assured the public of comprehensive medical, psychological, and financial support for the survivors of a recent kidnapping incident in the state.
The governor made the pledge while visiting the victims receiving treatment in a hospital, emphasising the state government’s commitment to their full recovery and reintegration. “We will provide everything necessary for their healing and well-being. No survivor will be left behind,” Oyebanji stated.
The state has activated emergency response protocols, including counselling services and family support programmes. Security agencies have been directed to intensify operations to apprehend the perpetrators and prevent future incidents.
Residents have commended the governor’s swift response and personal attention to the victims. The incident has heightened calls for stronger security measures in vulnerable communities across Ekiti State.
The government has also promised to review security architecture to enhance protection for citizens.
