Atalanta forward Ademola Lookman has expressed admiration for the warm affection Victor Osimhen receives at Galatasaray and is reportedly interested in joining the Turkish champions.

According to Turkish journalist Ferhat Kızıltaş, Lookman has emerged as a potential target for Galatasaray ahead of the January transfer window, with discussions about a possible 2026 move gaining traction.

The Nigerian international had sought an exit from Napoli during the summer window but eventually stayed with the Serie A side.

“Should Galatasaray make an official approach for Lookman during the mid-season break, there’s a strong chance the deal will be finalized,” Kızıltaş said, as quoted by Habersarikirmizi.

“Lookman often follows Galatasaray’s games and has been deeply impressed by the love and support shown to Osimhen. He would like to play here.”

Meanwhile, Lookman is currently in camp with the Super Eagles as they prepare for their 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying match against Gabon on Thursday.
