A Nigerian man, Osayande Raphael Osaretin, has taken to social media to share his heartbreak after discovering that his wife was cheating on him barely two months into their marriage.

In a lengthy post on Facebook, Osayande revealed that his wife’s affair began before their wedding and unfortunately continued even after they tied the knot on June 14, 2025.

According to him, the situation has left him shattered and unable to focus on life.

“I recently got married, but within just two months, I discovered my wife has been unfaithful. This affair actually started before I even came into the picture, and sadly, it has continued even after our marriage,” he wrote.

He further alleged that his wife not only maintains the affair but also receives financial support from the other man, disrupting their marital plans.

Expressing his disappointment, Osayande added that the pain was even deeper because his wife presents herself publicly as a devoted church worker.

“Since finding out, my life has turned upside down. I can’t sleep, I can’t think straight, and I keep asking myself why someone would knowingly destroy both her own home and another woman’s home,” he lamented.

He concluded his post by seeking advice and prayers from Nigerians, saying he doesn’t want to bear the burden alone.

The emotional revelation has since drawn reactions online, with many sympathizing with him while urging him to seek counseling and protect his mental health.
