NECA TO HONOUR OUTSTANDING EMPLOYERS AT NOVEMBER AWARDS

The Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA) is set to honour outstanding employers and organisations across the country at the fifth edition of its Employers’ Excellence Awards, scheduled to hold in November in Lagos.

The awards will recognise organisations that demonstrate strong business performance alongside responsible leadership, investment in employees, and positive contributions to society.

According to NECA, the categories will highlight excellence in areas including employee welfare, diversity and inclusion, corporate social responsibility, innovation, and sustainable enterprise development.

The association said the awards provide an opportunity to celebrate businesses that show that commercial success can go hand in hand with responsible employment practices and investment in people.

NECA added that the initiative is designed to inspire more organisations to adopt higher standards in leadership, workplace practices, and business development.

The association reaffirmed its commitment to promoting sustainable enterprises and a favourable business environment that supports productivity and prosperity in Nigeria.
