Super Eagles star Wilfred Ndidi says Besiktas are fully prepared for their UEFA Europa Conference League first-leg clash against FC Lausanne-Sport tonight.

The game will be played at the Stade de Tuilière in Switzerland, with Besiktas aiming to secure a strong result before the return leg in Istanbul next Thursday.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men go into the tie on a high after edging Eyupspor 2-1 in their opening league match of the season last weekend.

Ndidi expressed confidence in the team’s readiness and spirit ahead of the European night.

“I think we’re ready. We’re excited; we’ve been training throughout the week. Tomorrow will be a good match, and I think we’ll perform well,” he told the club’s official website.

 

Besiktas fans will be hoping Ndidi and his teammates deliver a performance that puts them firmly in control of the tie before bringing it home to Istanbul.
