NDDC HAILS TINUBU ON THIRD ANNIVERSARY, COMMITS TO IMPROVED LIVELIHOOD
The Governing Board of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on the completion of three years in office under his Renewed Hope administration.
The commendation was made during a courtesy visit to the President at his Lagos residence over the weekend.
The delegation was led by the NDDC Chairman, Mr Chiedu Ebie, and included the Managing Director, Dr Samuel Ogbuku, and the Executive Director of Corporate Services, Hon. Ifedayo Abegunde.
In a statement issued by the Commission’s Director of Corporate Affairs, Seledi Thompson-Wakama, the board praised the President for what it described as his visionary leadership and commitment to national development, particularly in the Niger Delta region.
During the visit, the NDDC management said it briefed President Tinubu on ongoing projects and development initiatives across the region, highlighting efforts aimed at improving infrastructure and livelihoods.
The Managing Director, Dr Ogbuku, said the Commission remains aligned with the President’s Renewed Hope Agenda and is focused on delivering projects that promote inclusive growth and sustainable development.
He added that the agency is committed to ensuring the completion of ongoing interventions across the Niger Delta in order to improve the quality of life of residents.
The NDDC also reaffirmed its support for federal government policies aimed at driving progress and economic transformation across the country, while pledging continued collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
