NANCY IHEME SPEAKS ON REGINA DANIELS’ MARITAL DRAMA: “OLDER MEN ARE CLEVER, WOMEN MUST BE WISE”
Nollywood actress Nancy Iheme has weighed in on the reported marital crisis between Regina Daniels and her billionaire husband, Senator Ned Nwoko.
Although she didn’t mention any names directly, Nancy shared a thought-provoking message aimed at young women who choose to marry much older men.
According to the actress, marrying an older man requires wisdom, strategy, and self-awareness. “You can’t possibly marry an old man without being calculative, especially when you know he’s a polygamist. You can’t go that high in age only to be handed breadcrumbs,” she cautioned.
Nancy went further to warn women not to see marriage as a “poverty alleviation programme,” emphasizing that some older men use their wealth to financially manipulate their wives and keep them dependent.
“Older men are clever and cunning,” she said, urging women to prioritize their happiness and not stay trapped in relationships that no longer serve them.
The actress concluded with a powerful message:
“If you’re not happy in your marriage, take a walk. Last last, your happiness matters too. I’ve been in that shoe before — take a walk and be free.”
Her post has since sparked mixed reactions online, with many praising her for speaking her truth while others debated her take on love, age gaps, and money in marriage.
