The Centre for the Promotion of Private Enterprise (CPPE) has warned that the combined impact of rising inflation and the continued depreciation of the naira has significantly reduced the real value of the fiscal and tax reform gains recorded by the Nigerian government.
In a statement released on Sunday, CPPE Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Muda Yusuf, said although recent policy measures — such as the removal of fuel subsidy and exchange rate unification — have expanded government revenues
