Controversial Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola Badmus, popularly known as Portable, has publicly accused his father, Mr. Olalomi, of interfering negatively in his life and taking his personal belongings.

In a viral video, the Zazu crooner alleged that his father had seized his clothes, shoes, and other possessions, claiming he is now also targeting his properties. Portable compared his situation to that of late singer Mohbad, suggesting similarities in their family disputes.

The singer stated that his life was more stable before his father became actively involved again, insisting that he received no support from him while growing up.

According to Portable, his father neither sponsored his education nor paid for his tailoring apprenticeship when he was learning a trade.

Expressing his frustration, he said his father’s presence has brought more harm than good to his life, adding that he feels emotionally and financially affected by the situation.

"This represents a significant development in our ongoing coverage of current events."
