MONIEPOINT CEO NAMED AMONG TIME100 NEXT LEADERS
Moniepoint Co-founder and Group Chief Executive Officer, Tosin Eniolorunda, has been named among the 100 emerging leaders featured in TIME100 Next 2026.
The annual list by TIME magazine recognises rising figures across business, technology, artificial intelligence, politics, science, sports and culture.
Moniepoint said Eniolorunda was recognised for his role in building financial infrastructure that has expanded access to financial services in Nigeria.
The company said he was the only African included among the business, technology and artificial intelligence leaders featured on this year’s list.
Eniolorunda co-founded Moniepoint, which was established in 2015 and became a unicorn in 2024.
According to the company, the fintech currently serves more than 20 million businesses and individuals and operates an agency banking network covering all 774 local government areas in Nigeria.
The recognition adds to recent honours involving Moniepoint executives. Its Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer, Felix Ike, was named to TIME’s Executives of the Year list for Tech and Data in September.
The TIME100 Next recognition highlights Eniolorunda’s role in Nigeria’s financial technology sector and the company’s expansion of digital financial services.
