MITTA FOUNDER PUSHES YOUTH LEADERSHIP, INSTITUTIONAL REFORMS
The founder of the Movement for Inclusive Transparent Technology and Accountability (MITTA), Mr. Chinedu Okafor, has called for greater youth involvement in leadership positions and comprehensive institutional reforms to drive Nigeria’s development.
Speaking at a youth leadership summit, Okafor emphasised the need for young people to take active roles in governance, policy-making, and public service. “The future belongs to the youth. We must be prepared to lead with integrity, innovation, and accountability,” he said.
He also advocated for reforms in key institutions to eliminate corruption, improve efficiency, and ensure transparency. The MITTA founder urged the government to create more opportunities for young leaders and invest in capacity building.
The remarks have resonated with many young Nigerians who feel marginalised in the political and economic spheres.
MITTA plans to organise more programmes to empower youth and promote good governance across the country.
