Inter Miami captain Lionel Messi has revealed the three sports he enjoys watching apart from football.

Speaking at the American Business Forum in Miami, the Argentine legend said he has always been passionate about sports and follows several closely.

“I love all sports, I love watching them. Since coming to Miami, I have learned more about American football in particular because I was already following sports like basketball, tennis, and padel,” Messi said (via TouchlineX).

Messi also shared that his interest in American football has grown since relocating to the United States.

“As for American football, we used to watch only the Super Bowl game, but now I have started following the regular season of the NFL. My kids at school play American football, and through them, I started learning more about the game, so now I follow almost everything in general.”

Messi joined Inter Miami on a free transfer in 2023 after leaving Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), and has since become one of the biggest attractions in Major League Soccer (MLS).
