MAN UNITED SET TO SELL FOUR PLAYERS AFTER MBEUMO DEAL, STILL CHASING NEW STRIKER
Manchester United are shaking things up in the transfer market as they prepare to welcome Brentford star Bryan Mbeumo to Old Trafford. The Red Devils have agreed to pay £65 million, with an additional £6 million in add-ons, to bring the talented Cameroon forward into their squad.
But the spending spree isn’t over just yet.
Despite securing Mbeumo’s signature, United manager Ruben Amorim is reportedly still in the hunt for another striker to strengthen his attack. Last season, Amorim had to rely heavily on Rasmus Hojlund and new signing Joshua Zirkzee, and even had to call up teenage striker Chido Obi during an injury crisis.
With Mbeumo coming in, United are also planning to make room — and raise funds — by selling several first-team players. According to reliable transfer insider Fabrizio Romano, Alejandro Garnacho, Jadon Sancho, Marcus Rashford, and Antony are all on the list of potential departures this summer.
United fans can expect more transfer activity in the coming weeks as Amorim looks to reshape his squad for a stronger push next season. The new era at Old Trafford is clearly underway, with big-name changes both incoming and outgoing.
