Nollywood actress Lizzy Anjorin has accepted a long-standing celebrity boxing challenge involving fellow actress Iyabo Ojo and show promoter Paulo Okoye.

In a post shared on Instagram, Anjorin confirmed she was ready to step into the ring, years after the ₦10 million prize fight was first proposed.

However, she added new conditions to the challenge, insisting that Paulo must first fight her husband, Chief Lawal, in a 10-round match before she faces Iyabo Ojo the following day.

The development marks another escalation in the long-running feud between Anjorin and Ojo, which has spanned social media exchanges, legal battles, and public confrontations.

Their dispute intensified in 2025 when Ojo filed a ₦1 billion defamation suit against Anjorin, although the case was later struck out on procedural grounds.

Anjorin also used the opportunity to issue fresh personal challenges, calling on both Ojo and Paulo to publicly prove their wealth and achievements.

The renewed boxing proposal comes amid rising interest in celebrity boxing in Nigeria, following recent high-profile bouts involving entertainers.

Despite the excitement, it remains unclear whether the proposed matches will materialise, as neither Iyabo Ojo nor Paulo Okoye has officially responded to the new terms.

"This represents a significant development in our ongoing coverage of current events."
