Yinka Thesien, the former partner of popular Nollywood actor Linc Edochie, has come forward with a heartfelt apology after previously making damaging remarks and exposing sensitive details about Linc’s family.

In a recent Instagram video, Yinka, who resides abroad, admitted that her earlier outburst came from a place of pain and hurt. She expressed deep regret for her actions, saying they were never meant for public ears.

"Sometimes when we’re hurting, we speak from pain and say things we shouldn’t. I’m guilty of this. I’m not perfect," she confessed. "Linc, I am sorry for any way I’ve hurt you. Please find it in your heart to forgive me."

Yinka stressed that anyone still circulating hateful comments about Linc is not doing so on her behalf, adding that she has since forgiven him and only wishes him well. "He is an awesome and kind man," she said.

This apology follows an earlier revelation Yinka made in an interview with Uche Maduagwu, where she not only claimed Linc’s ex-wife, Amaka, had been unfaithful, but also disclosed private family matters — sparking outrage among fans.

Her new video has triggered mixed reactions online. While some welcomed her apology, many social media users pointed out that she also owed Linc’s ex-wife, May, an apology for dragging her into the drama.

One user, @floraben84, wrote: “You said you prayed for May, so how do you pray for someone and still come online to accuse her of all sorts of things? It doesn’t add up.”
