Sevilla secured a dramatic 2-2 draw at Elche’s Martínez Valero Stadium on Monday night, thanks to a late brace from Akor Adams.

The result marked Sevilla’s first point in LaLiga since December. Elche had built a 2-0 lead with just 15 minutes remaining, but substitute Akor turned the game around, scoring in the 75th and 92nd minutes to earn a valuable point for the Rojiblancos.

“It was my first match back after a long tournament. The team needed me, and I’m glad the coach gave me the minutes to help energize the squad and secure the draw,” Akor said.

The 25-year-old has now tallied five goals and two assists in 14 appearances across all competitions for Sevilla this season.
