The Lagos Business School (LBS) has graduated 304 senior executives from its various management programmes, urging them to champion ethical leadership and good corporate governance in their respective organisations.

At the colourful ceremony, the school’s leadership emphasised the critical role of integrity, transparency, and accountability in driving sustainable business success and national development. Graduates were encouraged to apply the knowledge gained to tackle contemporary challenges such as digital transformation, climate change, and inclusive growth.

The graduating class comprised professionals from diverse sectors including finance, manufacturing, oil and gas, and public service. Many of the executives completed specialised programmes in areas such as senior management, agribusiness, and leadership development.

LBS faculty highlighted the school’s commitment to producing leaders who combine competence with strong moral values. Guest speakers reinforced the message that ethical leadership is essential for rebuilding trust in both public and private institutions.

The graduates expressed gratitude for the transformative experience and pledged to make positive impacts in their workplaces and communities.

This latest cohort brings the total number of LBS alumni to thousands, many of whom occupy leadership positions across Africa and beyond.
