KUDUS JOINS SPURS, MADUEKE SWITCHES TO ARSENAL, REAL MADRID SECURE CARRERAS DEAL
The summer transfer window is heating up with some big moves across Europe.
Ghanaian star Mohammed Kudus has completed a switch to Tottenham Hotspur in a deal worth up to £55 million including add-ons.
Kudus, who was also on the radar of Arsenal and Chelsea, opted for Spurs and has signed a six-year contract with the north London club. His arrival is expected to add creativity and attacking spark to Tottenham’s midfield.
Meanwhile, Noni Madueke is set for a fresh start after sealing a move from Chelsea to rivals Arsenal. The Gunners and the Blues agreed on a deal that could exceed £50 million with add-ons. Madueke has penned a five-year contract and will be looking to make an instant impact at the Emirates.
Over in Spain, Real Madrid have strengthened their squad by reaching a verbal agreement with Benfica for promising talent Álvaro Carreras. The deal, valued at around €50 million, will be structured in multiple instalments rather than a single upfront payment, easing the financial burden.
Fans can expect more drama in the coming weeks as clubs across Europe continue to bolster their squads ahead of the new season.
