KTS OIL CEO TOM OTUAGA RECEIVES CIPM FELLOWSHIP
The Chief Executive Officer of KTS Oil & Gas, Dr Tom Otuaga, has been conferred with the Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria in recognition of his contributions to professional leadership and human capital development.
Otuaga received the fellowship during the 58th International Conference and Exhibition of the CIPM, held at the Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Conference Centre in Abuja on September 24, 2026.
He was recognised alongside other professionals and public figures at the conference, which was themed “Repositioning for Value and Impact.”
The institute said the fellowship recognises professionals who have demonstrated consistency in practice, leadership and commitment to human capital development.
Reacting to the recognition, Otuaga described the fellowship as both an acknowledgement of his past efforts and a call to greater responsibility.
He said the honour would strengthen his commitment to promoting effective leadership, professionalism and people-centred management in the workplace.
Otuaga also noted that KTS Oil & Gas specialises in deploying and managing technical manpower for the operation and maintenance of oil and gas installations.
He said the recognition further affirmed the company’s commitment to good people management and professional standards.
The CIPM Fellowship is the institute’s highest professional recognition and is awarded to individuals who meet its prescribed professional and leadership requirements.
