KHAMENEI ACCUSES US, ISRAEL OF PLOT TO DIVIDE IRAN
Supreme Leader of Iran, Ali Khamenei, has accused the United States and Israel of allegedly attempting to create internal divisions within Iran and weaken the country from within.
According to remarks reported from his recent address, Khamenei claimed that both countries are using political pressure, propaganda, and indirect influence campaigns to sow discord among Iranians and destabilise national unity.
He said Iran remains resilient in the face of external pressure, insisting that such alleged plots will not succeed in undermining the country’s sovereignty or internal cohesion in Iran.
The comments come amid ongoing regional tensions involving Iran, the United States, and Israel, particularly over security, nuclear concerns, and geopolitical influence in the Middle East.
Khamenei urged unity among Iranians, calling on citizens to remain vigilant against what he described as foreign attempts to exploit internal differences.
Neither the United States nor Israel has issued an immediate response to the latest remarks at the time of reporting.
