KEYAMO TO BRIEF TINUBU ON EFFORTS TO RESOLVE AVIATION DISPUTES

The Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, is expected to brief President Bola Tinubu on ongoing efforts to resolve disputes affecting Nigeria’s aviation sector.

The briefing is expected to provide an update on discussions between government authorities, airlines, airport operators, and other stakeholders on issues affecting the industry.

Keyamo said the government was committed to addressing disagreements through dialogue and ensuring that disputes do not disrupt flight operations or inconvenience passengers.

The minister noted that the aviation sector requires effective coordination among its various stakeholders to maintain safety, improve service delivery, and support the growth of the industry.

Recent disagreements within the sector have raised concerns among passengers and operators, particularly where disputes have resulted in delays or disruptions to services.

The ministry said it was engaging relevant parties to find lasting solutions and prevent similar situations from recurring.
