Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, narrowly escaped harm in a minor road accident that occurred on Sunday, July 20, 2025, along the Daura-Katsina highway.

According to a statement issued by the Governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Ibrahim Kaula Mohammed, the incident happened while Governor Radda was on official duty. He confirmed that the governor emerged unscathed, sustained no injuries, and remains in good health and high spirits.

Governor Radda attributed his safety to divine protection and expressed gratitude to the people of Katsina State and other well-wishers for their prayers and concern following the incident.
