Victor Osimhen was lauded by Juventus legend Alessandro Del Piero following his impressive performance against his former club.

The Nigeria international played a key role as Galatasaray secured a 5-2 win over Juventus in the first leg of the UEFA Champions League playoff tie on Tuesday night. Osimhen contributed two assists and consistently troubled the Juventus defence throughout the match.

Del Piero heaped praise on the 27-year-old forward, describing him as “frightening” for opponents. “The very existence of players like Victor Osimhen is frightening… He’s a cold-blooded, high-quality player. He never gives up,” Del Piero said, according to Futboo.
