On Friday, July 11, 2025, Galatasaray returned with a formal bid to permanently acquire Victor Osimhen from Napoli.

The Turkish champions have offered €75 million, structured as €40 million upfront, followed by €35 million in instalments, all backed by bank guarantees to reassure Napoli. This latest bid comes shortly after a €70 million offer was rejected by the Italian club earlier that same day.

Top transfer insider Fabrizio Romano shared the news late Friday, tweeting:

“Galatasaray submit new proposal to Napoli for Victor Osimhen after €70m rejected! The Turkish club now offers €75m with €40m immediate payment and €35m in installments, with bank guarantees as key point again. Decision up to Napoli once again.” 

Napoli’s management is now assessing the proposal – with the final decision expected in the coming days.
