JAIZ BANK REPORTS HIGHER H1 PROFIT AS ASSETS EXCEED ₦1.6 TRILLION
Jaiz Bank Plc has reported stronger financial performance for the first half of the year, with increased profitability and total assets surpassing ₦1.6 trillion.
The bank attributed its performance to continued growth in financing activities, customer deposits, and the expansion of its non-interest banking operations.
According to its half-year financial results, the increase in assets reflects sustained business growth and an expanding customer base, reinforcing the bank's position in Nigeria's non-interest banking sector.
Financial analysts said the improved earnings demonstrate resilience despite a challenging operating environment, noting that stronger asset growth and prudent financial management have supported the bank's performance.
They added that continued investment in digital banking, product innovation, and customer-focused services will be important in sustaining growth and maintaining competitiveness within the financial industry.
Jaiz Bank reaffirmed its commitment to delivering value to shareholders, expanding financial inclusion, and strengthening its non-interest banking offerings as it pursues long-term sustainable growth.
