“I’VE QUIT SMOKING” – ZLATAN IBILE REVEALS
Popular Nigerian rapper Temidayo Omoniyi, professionally known as Zlatan Ibile, has revealed that he stopped smoking four years ago.
The “Zanku” crooner made the disclosure during an interactive session with fans on Snapchat, where he responded to questions about his lifestyle and music career.
When a fan asked if he still smokes, Zlatan replied:
“A day can’t pass without someone asking me this question. Yes, I quit smoking 4 years ago. And I have no issues with smokers.”
The rapper’s revelation has sparked positive reactions from fans who commended his decision and discipline.
In recent times, several Nigerian entertainers have publicly shared similar decisions to quit smoking, including Don Jazzy, Peruzzi, Tekno, and Kizz Daniel.
Notably, Davido also hinted back in 2018 that he planned to “quit soon,” inspired by Don Jazzy’s own success in giving up the habit.
Zlatan, known for his energetic performances and hit songs like “Zanku,” “Lagos Anthem,” and “Bolanle,” joins a growing list of Nigerian celebrities promoting healthier lifestyle choices in the entertainment industry.
