‘I’M NOT PART OF REGINA DANIELS’ CRISIS’ – UCHE MONTANA CLEARS THE AIR
Nollywood actress Uche Montana has publicly denied allegations linking her to the reported drug crisis involving fellow actress Regina Daniels and her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko.
In a statement shared on her Instagram page on Monday, Montana addressed the rumors, which surfaced shortly after Nwoko, in a detailed Facebook post, mentioned some of Regina’s close friends and associates—including actresses Sonia Uche and Uche Montana—as allegedly interfering with his wife’s recovery process.
According to Nwoko, the individuals accused had disregarded medical advice restricting access to Regina during her rehabilitation and were allegedly providing her with the same substances she was being treated for.
Reacting to the claim, Montana stated:
“My attention has been drawn to a circulating post that links my name to certain allegations. For clarity, I have no involvement or connection to the situation described. This note is simply to set the record straight and protect my peace.”
Her response comes amid growing controversy surrounding Regina Daniels’ marriage.
Recall that about two weeks ago, Regina appeared in a viral video alleging she had suffered domestic abuse and described herself as a “slave” in her husband’s home.
However, Nwoko refuted her claims, maintaining that his wife was struggling with “drug and alcohol addiction” and accusing her of physically assaulting domestic staff.
