Popular Nollywood actress Nancy Isime has opened up about the kind of man she would like to marry, stressing that character outweighs material wealth in her choice of a life partner.

In a candid chat with media personality Morayo Afolabi-Brown, Isime revealed that kindness is a non-negotiable trait for her. She explained that she values a man’s heart over his status, noting that other shortcomings can be worked on, but genuine kindness cannot be compromised.

Speaking about her readiness for marriage, the 34-year-old actress said:
"I am of marriage age. I am 34. Yes, I am a very attractive lady and men may desire me, but I have to choose carefully who I settle with. First and foremost, I value kindness. I find it one of the most attractive traits. Before you can be my friend, relate with me, or even consider marrying me, you must be kind. And I don’t mean performative kindness—I mean genuine kindness. Everything else can be worked on once kindness is there."
