Popular Afrobeats star Tiwa Savage has given fans a playful peek into her love life, revealing that her dream man is none other than British-Nigerian rapper Skepta.

In a viral video circulating on social media, the “Somebody’s Son” singer jokingly lamented about her struggles in the dating scene.
“I want a guy like Skepta,” she said, “but I keep getting funny-looking men.

While her comment was lighthearted, it also hinted at her current dating frustrations. Tiwa, who has stayed out of the public dating spotlight since her high-profile split from her ex-husband and former manager Tunji Balogun (Teebillz), seems ready for love again — just not with the men she’s currently attracting.

Interestingly, Skepta has also kept his romantic life private since his rumored fling with supermodel Naomi Campbell came to an end.

Back in May, Tiwa had shared more thoughts on love, saying that while Nigerian men are generous, she’s looking for something deeper. “They’re not romantic,” she noted.

Fans have since been buzzing online, with many wondering if a Tiwa-Skepta pairing could be in the cards — or if her dream guy will ever match up to her standards.

One thing is clear: Tiwa knows what she wants — and she’s not settling.

"This represents a significant development in our ongoing coverage of current events."
